Employee suffers concussion in fall from ladder

Employee #1 was standing on the fifth step from the bottom of an 8 ft stepladder while working on a junction box above a false ceiling. The electrical wire he was working on was not energized. He suddenly grasped one hand with the other and fell over backward. Employee #1 suffered a concussion when his head struck the concrete floor.
