Employee Falls from Ladder

On March 11, 2002, Employee #1 was on a metal extension ladder, painting the entryway of a home under construction. He fell from the ladder. The Davis Fire Department responded and transported Employee #1 to University of California-Davis Medical Center in Sacramento. Employee #1 was briefly unconscious and sustained a concussion with fractures to his ribs and shoulder blade.
