Employee Falls from Ladder and Suffers Concussion

On February 17, 2007, Employee #1 was restocking shelves on the lower level in the aisle of the warehouse building of a supply store. Employee #1 was coming down the ladder and missed the step. Employee #1 fell approximately 7 ft to the floor, hitting his head. Employee #1 sustained a concussion and was hospitalized.
