Employee is killed when run over by truck tire

On September 24, 2003, Employee #1 and a coworker were hooking up a semi-truck to a transfer trailer. Both pieces of equipment were parked on an incline and both pieces of equipment were loaded with rocks. While Employee #1 was between the truck and the trailer, the truck began to roll backward. Employee #1 was run over by the truck's left side rear tire and he was killed.
