Employee injured in fall from conveyor belt

Employee #1, an independent electrical contractor, was wiring a 480 volt motor at Chandlers Sand and Gravel's Coldwater pit. He was standing on a conveyor belt at a height of approximately 5 ft when he slipped and fell to the ground. Employee #1 sustained a bruised shoulder.
