EMPLOYEE LOSES PART OF FINGER IN CAUGHT BETWEEN ACCIDENT

Employee #1, who worked for Volt Services Group, was steadying a swinging metal pipe-mold, when the mold struck up against the hoist equipment. The upper third the fifth finger on his right hand was caught between the mold and hoist equipment, and it was amputated. Employee #1 was hospitalized for the injury.
