Employee dies after suffering heart attack

At 10:30 a.m. on November 8, 1995, Employee #1 was found slumped over in his company pickup while on a job. His foreman and coworkers called paramedics and tried to revive him by administering CPR. He was taken to Kaiser Hospital in Harbor City, where he was pronounced dead after suffering a heart attack.
