Employee's hand mangled as conveyor is reactivated
At about 8:30 a.m. on January 26, 1993, Employee #1 was removing debris from a conveyor while it was de-energized. The conveyor was reactivated, crushing his hand. The employee sustained a mangled left hand and was transported to Little Co. of Mary Hospital for treatment.
