Investigation Summary
At about 9:15 a.m. on February 16, 1993, Employee #1, a machine operator with Farmer Bros., was allegedly rearranging coffee bags in the receiving bin. He was crushed between an elevated coffee bin and the receiving hopper. Employee #1, who did not survive, was transported by paramedics to Harbor General Hospital in Torrance, CA.
