Employee is crushed when wheel tips over

Employee #1, a contract worker from a tire repair service, was working on a dirt surface outside of a truck shop. He was moving and walking beside a wheel and tire combination, approximately 1500 pounds, rolling it from one Dresser Haulpak 140M Haul truck to another, when it tipped over. His head was pinned between it and a Stellar Model 6000 truck mount articulated crane. He had rolled the wheel and tire combination rather than using the truck crane boom and harness chain. He was hospitalized with lacerations to his right ear and face.
