Employee's shoulder fractured by falling cow carcass

Employee #1 was working on the floor in the kill room when one of the elevated cow carcasses fell, fracturing his shoulder. The accident resulted either from a malfunction of the hook wheel on the conveyor or because the cow's ankle bone gave way due to the age of the carcass.
