EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN RUN OVER BY TRACTOR
EMPLOYEE #1 WAS RIDING WITH THE TRACTOR DRIVER. HE WAS STANDING ON THE LEFT FRONT AXLE WHEN THE TRACTOR HIT A BUMP OR DEPRESSION IN THE ROAD. THIS APPARENTLY CAUSED THE RIGHT AXLE TO BREAK, CAUSING THE TRACTOR TO TILT TO THE RIGHT AND THROW EMPLOYEE #1 OFF. THE EMPLOYEE WAS SUBSEQUENTLY RUN OVER.
