EMPLOYEE'S ANKLE BURNED BY HOT BRINE

A team leader and three coworkers were inspecting the floor of a clarifier tank before cleaning it. A prior inspection had not found any brine on the tank floor. While stepping over a 1.1-meter-high tank rake, the team leader stepped into hot brine, which entered his 280-millimeter-high rubber boots and burned his shin and ankle.
