Employee killed when run over by tractor

Employee #1, part of a three person crew, was removing grape stakes from a vineyard and loading them onto a trailer that was being pulled by a farm tractor. He stepped between the tractor and the trailer while it was in motion and fell. Employee #1's head and chest were run over by the tractor and crushed, killing him.
