Investigation Summary
At approximately 7:15 a.m. on May 23, 1994, Employee #1, a 38-year-old air conditioning technician with Control Air Conditioning Corporation, was working on duct installation on an ADR stage at Warner Brothers building #67. He tripped on a sprinkler pipe and hit his head as he landed on his back. The Burbank Fire Department responded and transported him to Saint Joseph Memorial Center. He was released after a few hours of treatment and observation.
