Employee's arm caught in conveyor belt

At approximately 4:29 p.m. on November 16, 1992, Employee #1, of GI Rubbish Co., was working near a conveyor machine and noticed an accumulation of cans around the end of the conveyor. Employee #1 turned on the conveyor and proceeded to remove the accumulated cans. But Employee #1 stuck his hand in too far and the conveyor pinched his arm. He was taken to Simi Valley Adventist Hospital with a sprained wrist.
