Employee #1, a regular full-time employee of Double E Construction, Inc., was standing on top of the second floor framing, unbanding a bundle of trusses. He fell 8 ft to the floor, sustaining a compression fracture of his mid-back. Double E Construction, Inc., a general contractor, failed to provide fall protection.
