EMPLOYEE AMPUTATES TOPS OF TWO FINGERS WITH TABLESAW

Employee #1, who worked for Anza Knives, was cutting wood on a table saw. It was a Sears-brand tablesaw that was being operated without a blade guard. While working, Employee #1 amputated his left little finger up to the first joint, and his left ring finger half way to the first joint.
