Employee Injures Backand Shoulder in Fall Through Roof

On December 1, 2004, Employee #1 was working inside a dairy feed mill and was assigned to help clean accumulated feed on the roof. The employee was walking on the roof, clearing the feed. The roof gave way under the employee, causing the employee to fall approximately 15 ft onto the floor of building, injuring his back and shoulder. The employee was taken to the hospital and was treated for his injuries.
