Employee Isstruck by Falling Wall

On November 30, 2004, Employee #1 was working with a framing crew in the process of raising the outside wall of a new home. The wall that was being raised got stuck on the opposing wall of the new house. The crew was trying to unstuck it. When the crew got tired of holding the wall, they let it go, Employee #1 ran from under the falling wall. Three inches of the wall struck Employee #1 in the back of the head. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
