Employee fractures leg in fall from truck

At approximately 3:00 p.m. on June 30, 2003, Employee #1, of Bill Nason Trucking, was on top of truck trailer, raking the load. He lost his balance and fell to the ground, fracturing his leg. The employee was transported via ambulance to Kaiser Permanente Hospital, Fresno in where he was admitted for treatment.
