Truck driver injured when struck by falling equipment

On July 10, 2001, Employee #1, a truck driver, had delivered a load of equipment to a dairy in Madera, CA and was assisting in unloading the equipment. A dairy employee was using a forklift in this unloading process and pushed a stack of equipment into Employee #1 which caused him to fall, and then the stack of equipment fell on him. Employee #1 was taken to University Medical Center, where he was hospitalized for broken ribs and an arm laceration.
