Employee injured while cutting grass with tractor

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on January 11, 2003, Employee #1, working for Ito Packing Company, was using a farm tractor to cut grass in a tree orchard. As he attempted to move a tree branch aside, his hand became caught between the branch and fender of the tractor. He suffered a laceration on his ring finger and was transported to Sierra Kings Hospital for treatment.
