Employee injured by falling roller assembly frame

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on March 27, 2000, Employee #1 was helping to erect a roller assembly frame when it slipped off the forks of a forklift and struck him. He suffered a fractured pelvis and was transported to University Medical Center in Fresno, CA., where he was admitted for treatment. At the time of the accident, Employee #1 was a temporary services employee working for Total Western, Inc.
