Employee's foot fractured when pinned by forklift

At approximately 6:30 p.m. on January 25, 2000, Employee #1, of Continental Labor, was operating a forklift truck in reverse when his left foot became pinned between it and a battery rack. He was transported to Industrial Medical Group in Bakersfield, CA, where he was treated for a fractured foot and then released.
