Employee's hand crushed when forklift truck overturns

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on December 28, 1998, Employee #1, of C & C Module Movers, was operating a Toyota forklift truck when it flipped on its side, catching his left hand. He suffered a serious crushing injury to his hand and was taken by private vehicle to Corcoran District Hospital in Corcoran, CA, where he was admitted for treatment.
