Investigation Summary
At approximately 3:30 p.m. on August 27, 1996, Employee #1 and his supervisor were riding on a lowboy bin trailer to hold down pallets that were not strapped down. Employee #1 fell off and was run over by the trailer wheel. He sustained a fractured lower leg and was taken to a local hospital in Fresno, where he was treated and released.
