EMPLOYEE INJURED IN FALL FROM LADDER

EMPLOYEE #1 WAS ATTEMPTING TO LOOP A TELEPHONE DROP ONTO A MESSENGER CABLE WHILE WORKING ON A 28-FOOT EXTENSION LADDER. WHILE REACHING TO ATTACH THE LOOP, THE LADDER TWISTED, RESULTING IN EMPLOYEE #1 FALLING FROM THE LADDER APPROXIMATELY 20 FEET AND HITTING A FENCE. HIS RESULTING INJURIES WERE BRUISED RIBS AND A PUNCTURED LUNG.
