EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN LAMINATING MACHINE CAUGHT HIS FINGER

At 11:30 p.m. on June 24, 1997, Employee #1 smashed his right middle finger when the laminating machine he was attempting to unjam cycled. Several days after the accident, the employee returned to the medical clinic where he was initially treated and his finger tip was surgically amputated.
