Employee struck by truck and suffered fractured knee

On July 9, 2001, Employee #1 was operating a reach truck inside a warehouse going westbound. A coworker was operating a reach truck going southbound when they collided. Employee #1, the operator of the westbound reach truck, had his left leg outside the running lines of the truck. Employee #1 was hospitalized, as a result of the trucks colliding, suffering a fracture to his left knee.
