Employee Injured in Fall From Truck

At approximately 7:00 a.m. on December 21, 1999, Employee #1, an insulation installer for Western Insulation, Incorporated, was injured when he fell from a truck. Employee #1 fell backwards, approximately 10 feet, off the side of a truck. He sustained multiple injuries, including a fractured skull. Other employees came to his aid until the paramedics arrived. He was taken to Riverside Community Hospital where he was hospitalized for five days.
