Investigation Summary
On January 15, 2001, an employed working as carpenter was repairing a damaged truss in a house under construction. He was standing on second step from the top rung of a stepladder when he leaned out against the wall and fell backwards landing hard on the concrete floor. Paramedics responded and transported him to the hospital where he was hospitalized and treated for his injuries. He fractured his right ankle and dislocated his left knee.
