Employee injured when trailer falls off jack

On June 8, 2000, Employee #1 was setting a portable building on the grounds of a YMCA in Newhall, CA. He jacked up the portable building to remove the tires and was partly under it when the jack slipped. The building fell on Employee #1, fracturing his left arm and his pelvis. He was transported to Henry Mayo Hospital for emergency treatment.
