Employee Injured In Fall

On August 4, 1999, Employee #1 was using a Hyster-Johnson lift (a powered pallet jack) to move product around the warehouse. Employee #1 was moving through the warehouse and thought the lift was not going to stop as it approached a conveyor. Employee #1 jumped off the lift and suffered a knee injury. Employee #1 was treated at the hospital for a sprained knee and released.
