Investigation Summary
Employee #1, of Technical Aid Corporation, was making a rabbit cut on the end of a 20 in. by 19 in. by 1 in. piece of plywood when the small cut piece slipped between the blade and the rip fence. The employee grabbed for it, contacting the blade with his left index and middle fingers. The two fingers were lacerated and fractured.
