Investigation Summary
On October 28, 2011, an employee was operating a truck that was pulling a trailer. All employees stepped out of the path of the vehicle, so the truck could move forward to the next row of pomegranates. Employee #1 was in the clear, and he stepped back into the rear tire of the trailer, causing the rear tire to run him over. Employee #1 sustained a stress fracture to a right rib. He was taken to the hospital and was hospitalized for two days.
