Employee Fractures Leg When Trippping on Loose Mat

On January 7, 2011, Employee #1, a cook for Chico Unified School District., was checking the school oven and tripped on a rubber mat. Employee #1 was able to walk. She went home, but the next day she went to the hospital's emergency room. Employee #1 was hospitalized for treatment of a fractured right patella.
