Employee Falls from Tree and Receives Injuries

On November 18, 2010, Employee #1 was cutting a delimbed tree to an unspecified height, when he lost his balance and fell. He sustained a possible spinal cord injury in the fall. No other details about the type of injuries he sustained in the fall were provided in the narrative. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center. At the medical center, he underwent surgical procedures and received postoperative care and was then hospitalized for 45 days.
