Employee Falls from Scaffold

On June 15, 2010, Employee #1 was in the process of dismantling a scaffold. Employee #1 sent the sixth hatch and ladder unit to the truck utilizing a rope and wheel. While in the process of lowering the unit, Employee #1 fell from the end of the scaffold he was dismantling. Employe #1 was taken to the hospital for his injuries and was hospitalized for 3 days.
