Employee Suffers Injury in Trench Collapse

On May 17, 2010, Employee #1 was in a trench at a depth of four feet trying to locate utilities, when the trench collasped on him. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital for his injuries. Employee #1's injuries consisted of bruising of lower extremities.
