Employee injured in fall from greenhouse roof

Employee #1 was assigned as the assistant foreman to cover a greenhouse with plastic. He had been instructed to use the work platform attached to the forklift. As he stepped off the platform and onto the edge of the roof to pull the material, it gave way and he fell to the ground. Employee #1 received scrapes and bruises only.
