EMPLOYEE INJURED SAW AMPUTATES FINGER

Employee #1 laid a piece of plywood on top of a footing form to cut it. He did not notice a small piece of plywood underneath the piece he was cutting. The Skil saw jumped when it hit the small piece of plywood and rolled over the top piece of the plywood. The saw amputated his finger.
