Employee Suffers Burns in Explosion Fire

Employee #1, a service technician, was removing a gauge insert from an RV propane tank. He inadvertently removed the screws from the seal and the leaking propane ignited from the cordless drill/driver. He suffered burns to his arms, face, and hand.
