Two Employees Injured In Fall From Heights

Employees #1 and #2 were on a wooden truss set on hangers that had not been nailed. The hangers bent and the truss and employees fell 13 ft 10 in. to the floor. Employee #1 suffered back and head injuries and Employee #2 suffered head injuries. Both employees were hospitalized.
