Employee slips and spills hot tar on face and arm

Employee #1 was atop a flat roof carrying a bucket of hot tar when he slipped on already applied tar. When he slipped, the bucket he was carrying flew up and hot tar spilled on his arm and face. Plastic surgery will be required.
