Employee's fingers amputated in pinch point of meat mixer

Employee #1, of Bridgford Foods Corp., was operating a meat blending/mixing machine against instructions. He placed his hand inside a discharge door and caught his fingers in the pinch point between a blade and the inside of the mixer. Employee #1 suffered amputation of his right middle, ring, and little fingers at their midpoint.
