Investigation Summary
Employees #1 and #2, of Bradley W. Hartman, were constructing a small brick wall and mail box pillar at a private residence on a public street. The residence was located at the top of a T intersection. A motor vehicle approaching the intersection failed to stop at a "Stop" sign, traveled across the intersection, and struck both employees.
