Employee fractures heels and pelvis in fall from roof

At about 2:00 p.m. on June 18, 1993, Employee #1, of Rad Dwyer & Co., was working on a roof renovation of a 2 story building. While working on the roof, Employee #1 stepped backward on a bucket and fell off the east parapet wall of the roof. He was taken by paramedics to San Dimas Community Medical Center for treatment of fractured heels and pelvis, and was hospitalized for 4 days. Employee #1 had been employed for about 2 months with the employer prior to the accident.
