Employee trips and falls fracturing his right knee

At approximately 5:45 a.m. on June 12, 1999, Employee #1 was walking through the Dryer Number 38 and Breaker Stack area when his right foot was caught in loose wrapped papers on the floor. He tripped and fell on a steel sliding door, hitting his right knee on the railing. He was hospitalized with a fractured right knee and a bone chip on his left wrist.
