THE METAL CORNERS HE WAS HOLDING CONTACTED A 16-KILOVOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE LOCATED 4.5 FEET ABOVE THE BUILDING. THE EMPLOYEE RECEIVED AN ELECTRIC SHOCK FOR WHICH HE WAS HOSPITALIZED.
